Someone famous said that?
NO! It was our friend Roberto, who would describe the true wines made of grapes that we would sip together in his Florence apartment in Piazza Tasso in the early '90s. I would stop by Roberto's mostly on afternoons before visiting my girlfriend Irene. Roberto would open the door from his second floor and invite me to taste some vino buono, vino vero, vino fatto di uva…The quality, taste, and color of wines poured in decorated Florentine glasses would make the experience heavenly…magic.
That's how our passion for true wines started...
